NO compassion.and Greedy. Don't go in expecting compassion, as this guy is devoid of relating on that level. He is knowledgeable. My biggest irritations are that he never has seen me on time for an appt. Then, too, he is greedy. He makes you come in for an office visit to refill routine prescriptions. When asked why, he says he won't call in the prescription, because that's not fair to him. So, be prepared to waste time waiting for him to see you for a routine refill of ongoing medication treatment.\r I think he overcharges for a 15 minute cursory visit. He doesn't care if you are paying out of pocket, cash.\r He is smart. That is true. If you can get by his narcisstic, it's all about him attitude.\r One thing, Dr. Noble, please put some pleasant pic's up in the waiting area. Your wife's paintings may have sentimental value to you, but they aren't pretty or interesting or good to most viewing them.\r Check out Dr. Maia Hightower in Oakland. She's skilled and caring and organized. more

He's an intelligent fellow, but a complete babbler ("er, ah, hah", "I mean", "oh, or, eh, should I, eh, say, well", etc.). A time-waster. But worse is his evident lack of concern about my health. Bad bedside manner and never knows what's going on in my chart. Never enough time or much thought spent on me as a patient. Becomes defensive easily. I hve lost faith in Dr noble and am looking for a new doctor - someone I can trust! more

Noble did not have the time to accuately diagnose my condition. He didn't let me explain all of my symptoms which could be related. There was a serious lack of critical thinking on his part. In addition he accused me of "coming in for too many things when I you only have 15mins." FYI-I told the receptionist all of the symptoms and I didn't even get 15 mins!!! He didn't even consider the fact that they could be related. Instead he told be my swollen lymph nodes were cysts...any midwife can tell the dfference. I am very disappointed in Noble. With 40+ yrs of experience he should know better. more

He is a very caring and very thorough doctor. He has properly diagnosed me when no other doctor could. He toook his time ordered the correct test, referred to the RIGHT doctors. I cannot recommend him more. He has over 30 years of experience. i don't need a doctor who is going to BS me and smile in my face but has no understanding of the medical field or what could be wrong. He is quick witted and to the point. He doesn't like to waste time, he doesn't BS you. I am glad i have found and I have recommended him to everyone I know. And NOONE has had a problem like some of these jokers on here. Its crazy I do feel as though some of these patients just didn't like dr.noble has nothing to do with his knowledge they just didn't like him. Shame on them for trying to ruin a mans reputation, he has been working at the same facility for several years and has never had such a run in like these reviews are claiming. Just excellent! He knows his stuff. Supports patient health before insurance. He will seem to be in a hurry, not a 'chatty' sort, but once you cut to the "problem" he wants you well. I've been so ill that 'nice, nice' can't help me. Anyhow, I highly recommend Dr. Noble. more

I am a new patient of Dr. Noble's . I was excited about the idea that I can see him, or Erica Horowitz, a naturopathic doctor, who can be seen in his office. I loved loved loved his office staff. I have been through a few doctors in my 50 some years, and ever changing health plans. I thought his staff were all the best I have ever experienced. I made an appointment to meet with Dr. Noble to discuss my prior health care and needs . I could not have asked for a more interested and caring physician. I am very happy to have found Dr. Noble, Dr. Horowitz and this great practice. They even have ice packs at the door ( for my aching shoulders.) more

Dr. Noble's bedside manner is, as mentioned previously, not that great. I had seen his associate previously for my aliment and she was quite nice but admitted she was stumped. At my follow up Dr. Noble saw me for the first time. He was quite brusque and I was a little put off but he quickly and correctly diagnosed my condition and his obvious expertise and years of experience reassured me. His diagnosis was spot on and although I'm sure I'll be irritated by his personality I'd rather have a doctor who is right than a doctor who is just nice. more
