In 2007 Dave helped put us in a position that when my husband lost his job, we had six months worth of emergency reserves to live off of, and we didn't have to lay awake at night worrying about paying the mortgage! In 2009 he helped us again to lower our monthly mortgage payment. Even when rates started to climb before we closed, he found the best possible solution to save us money. He thinks about the big picture while still caring about the emotional needs of his clients. When problems come up, he finds creative and reasonable solutions that work for all parties involved.
