Made an appointment at the Service Department, and brought my vehicle for an entire inspection. It is an old Nissan Pathfinder 2001. That alone tells you to buy nothing but Nissan!! I have one discrepancy. Besides my so needed service, I also added a Platinum tune-up. On my bill it says I only got a minor tune-up. My "Engine Service Light" still comes on too. We will figure this out next week. I have no doubt.
The best customer service was that a driver drove me all the way home, and even picked me up from the far south side of the Spokane South Hill on 53rd and S. Pittsburg. I had $50.00 in my wallet thinking I needed to get a Taxi. Jaremco took care of all my needs in that sense.
My absolute surprise was that they went out of their way to wash and clean my SUV from the inside out!! It looked like a new car after the slushy snow that was was stuck to my vehicle was removed and the car was polished like a new "wax job"!!
The insight of my vehicle looked like it had a $100.00 detailed cleaning and shampooing of the mats and upholstery!!
Unbelievable service. Would not bring any Nissan anywhere else than JAREMCO!!!
