Both times I have had oil changes they wash the car both don't even dry it off. it is a black 370Z, THAT LEAVES WATER SPOTS. I TAKE MY BLASCK TOYOTA TRUCK TO ANY OF...

I bought 2 other Nissan vehicles. A 1991 Sentra and a 2004 Quest. I am in a different place in my life and I have kicked the idea of the Leaf around since I first heard of it. Now I thought I would try it. The sales person was attentive and not pushy. I asked many questions and he was well versed in the vehicle facts. This is the first time I have gotten a car by lease method. They explained the difference between this and a straight purchase. They worked with me and even got me a better rate for my credit than I was anticipating. I have recommended them to friends and acquaintances in the past and will continue to do so. more

Confusion 7/24/2014

Things did not go well, this time. I had my son drop the car off for me (I was out of state) for routine maintenance and strut replacement. Additionally, prior to delivery for service, he got several other warning light indicators. Apparently, the scheduled maintenance was forgotten and the warning lights became top/only priority. I contacted the dealership prior to my return because I hadn't heard anything (yet) and my son was due to pick up the vehicle. I was disappointed in the communication breakdown. Ultimately, the car was serviced, minus the strut replacement. Hopefully, all will go better next time. more

the service rider and cashier did a good job. the only disappointment was when they washed my 370-z the did not wipe it down very good. hence water spots on a black car shows up. more

Good service but very expensive 7/16/2014

I paid $70 for the first service (no oil change included) and $280 for the second service. Other dealerships are not as expensive as Nissan dealership. more
