This restaurant presented the best sea food chowder, hamburger, turkey and steak tips for the price in all of New England. The chowder was thin but loaded with clams that were not chewey, little shrimps, scrod, and potatos. It had a wonderful seafood flavor without it being fishy, $3.99 for a crock in 2005. The 10 ou burger was a 10, $6.69. I like my burger a little dry so when I bite into it I am not strking an oil well. The fries were cooked perfectly and were crispy on the outside. The bbq turkey tips, $8.99 were marinated wonderfully and were quite tasty. The steak ones, $9.99 were fine also. Stay away from the onion rings, nothing special there. The atmoshophere is over a 100 old wood signs. Prepare to wait for dinner. They are always busy and they don't take reservations, but you can call ahead.
Pros: burger, seafood chowder, turkey tip
Cons: onion rings, busy, noisy
