I bought a women's reflective jacket. Nice style, however the quality was less than acceptable...especially for the price. I returned the jacket and didn't receive a full refund...

This is my first time using Night-Gear 12/7/2009

This is my first time using Night-Gear. I found them by googling a particular brand of light I was looking for to use on my bicycle...I actually ended up ordering other things instead, but NG has the best pricing I found online...I will order the other light very soon. I placed the order today and I already got a confirmation that it is shipping! Awesome! Thx, Kathy more

Great vendor. Product selection on web site was extensive, and online ordering was easy. Std shipping cost covered USPS Priority Mail. Merchandise shipped from FLA and received in CA within 3 days! Will use them again. more

I looked around for reflective running clothes everywhere, in my search i found night-gear. After I found some of the illumiNITE clothing I looked around to see who had the best prices...it was Night-Gear. So i ordered the items on Wednesday and recieved them by Saturday. I will definately purchase more of their products in the future. more

Best customer service I've ever had with an online retailer. Returns handled with no problem. Always speak with someone onsite. One support person actually went and tried a piece of clothing on for me to see if it would fit (he checked to see that we have the same build). Its a pleasure buying from them. more
