I whent to nice matin for the firts time in the midle of summer 2008, by recomendation of a friend , she told me about some thing called 'the daobe of short ribs' , she said they were out of this world, so when I got there I already had a mental picture of the dish, so I asked my server about it and she made me drull with details of the way the ribs are prepared,. if i didn""t know better i would say i was talking to the chef she really knew her food and also the summelier suggested a 1/2 bottle of wine with it and it made it perfect. I am really happy having nice matin around great place, very impressive wine list, on d the service very pleasant.
