NO stars, this place is a big joke. Candice was the PA on duty, I waited 2hrs to be seen for 5 min of her time, I had a stiff neck all I needed was a shot of Tordall, they were out of that, so she writes me a script for a $50 muscle relaxer. Why not just a cheap $10 script? So this place waisted my time, and $35 copay for some young cooze to tell me somthing I already know, I will never go back, all they did was rob me of my time and money, the place is dirty, the staff is rude. I feel like they should pay me my copay back, because they did nothing to help me out. more

Pain can OBVIOUSLY wait. 7/8/2011

I just wanted to say that I am in so much pain, and I am looking for a Urgent Care place that is open late at night / early in the morning. You want to know why? Because I am in a Tremendous amount of pain, and it IS unbearable. I'm so angry... so angry. You have no idea. more

Horrible Customer Service 1/21/2011

The receptionist has a very bad attitude that I experienced on more than one occasion. I even saw the same attitude given towards another patient, so I know it was not just me. Horrible customer service is never a pleasant thing to endure but when you are not feeling well, it is even worse! On the other hand, the nurse and doctor were pretty good and helpful. more

The receptionist has a very bad attitude that I experienced on more than one occasion. I even saw the same attitude given towards another patient, so I know it was not just me. Horrible customer service is never a pleasant thing to endure but when you are not feeling well, it is even worse! On the other hand, the nurse and doctor were pretty good and helpful. more

This is not a clean palce. Experience was not good and an unexplained wait. Next Time wil find a better place. And they dont take BCBS?? Hows that possible? Pros: Location Cons: Dirty. Ugly. Not comfortable more

Car Dealership of Medicine 11/17/2009

The car dealership of Medicine, all they want is your money. The meds and treatment they prescribed didn't work and made me worse, i called to see if they could change meds and they wouldn't, then i went back for a follow up a 5 days later and they wanted to charge me again to follow up. The staff was rude and an very non-professional. Be careful.... Pros: none Cons: be careful more
