Usually no matter what problems I have, Next Level Auto & Tire gets me in and out really fast. As soon as something happens I give them a call, and they get me in right away. I have been using them a little over a year. I've had oil changes, a timing belt replaced, and got everything balanced and rotated. So far so good; I haven't had any problems. I think their quality of service is excellent. I have actually recommended people to go there, and haven't heard anything bad. If Next Level Auto couldn't do the work, they recommended somewhere trustworthy to go. I used to go to the dealer, but they were always finding something that needed to be fixed. Next Level has integrity and quality service. That is why I keep going back. more

I work for police department, and Next Level Auto & Tire does some of our cars. That is how I met Marc. I have been going to him for the last 3 years. My oldest daughter has a vehicle that has no warranty, so he does all the maintenance and anything that needs to be done for it. We also have a vehicle without warranty which he works on. Our other vehicle is financed, so it has a warranty. He only does things like oil changes or fixing a tire, little things that the dealership doesn't have to cover. We only had one problem with our daughter's car. We had to have the radiator replaced, and there was another part that Marc didn't think needed to be changed. It ended up breaking a couple days later. He apologized totally and fixed it, and it wasn't even that big of an issue. Other than that, we have never, ever had a problem. Marc is very honest. He is huge on trust. There was one day that I called because I left my purse there, and he told me not to worry about it. If his employees break his trust they are out. I have never worked with anybody that does so well all around. more
