The dealer didn't honor price quoted to us for our trade in. Speaking with the general sales manager did nothing to fix the problem, he kept insisting we were lying. a BBB case is...

Excellent Customer Service 11/14/2010

I bought a Ford flatbed from their fleet department, and when I had trouble with it, they lent me another used commercial truck so I could continue to do my business, while they fixed my truck at no charge..Thanks Dale and Newberg Ford. more

Good Service 8/12/2005

When we bought our cars from Newberg Ford 4 years ago, we began taking them there to get their scheduled maintenance. We have been pleased with their service. They offer loaner cars for a small fee. They can usually get you in quickly. Work done on Saturdays is discounted. We have also used their body shop and been pleased with their work as well. more
