I just moved into the neighborhood and this is the first place I've tried... I am very disappointed. They are friendly and pretty efficient, but I just got my laundry back and it smells like they just wet it, shrunk it, and sent it back. My sheets smell like dirty laundry, which is not pleasant. I will not use them again.
Pros: good location, pick up, delivery
Cons: clothes not clean!, expensive
