I am writing this review in regards to my recent move from NYC to London. From the first phone call with Adam to the delivery at my final destination, the professionalism by the office team and the moving crew both in the US and in London was excellent. After I supplied Adam with a list of items he gave me a reasonable estimate for shipment. He followed up with emails and phone calls, making sure I was receiving all the latest information from him and guiding me through booking and filling out the required forms. Valerie from the Logistics Dept. followed up with me regarding booking, deposit, final payments, documentation, scheduling pickup and transit time of my shipments in addition to answering my questions and assuring me that everything will be taken care of. Valerie’s and Adam’s attentiveness was present with every email and phone call. They made sure all the information from booking to invoices to scheduling pickup and delivery and everything in between was accurate and up to date. The moving crew took care of all my items, making certain that everything was where it was supposed to be and safe & secure. Once arrived in London, my items were delivered safely to my home and delivered to the appropriate area of the house. Throughout the entire process of my move, the staff calmed my nerves and assured me they were doing everything as professionally as possible. Their professionalism, knowledge, friendliness, and dedication are just some of the qualities I have experienced first hand from this great company. I’m sure there is much more behind the scenes that occurs to make each and every customer is treated like the best.
