When I called their Customer Service office they were very friendly and their office manager nice and friendly young lady gave me a price quote that was very accurate. I wasn?t charged extra for anything except $75 for packaging some of my stuff I decided to add. The driver and the movers were at my house on time and my stuff was delivered with no damages and on time. They packed and wrapped everything with care and the entire move happened to be just a stress-free moving experience! People - This company is the one to use (at least when moving your home...) - price is right, service is unreal ... I mean these guys did EVERYTHING I asked for - wrapped every single piece, cleaned up the apt. (actually swept the place...) helped me arrange my home - one of the guys told me that he is studying to be an interior designer.... put everthing where I asked them to ----- AND ... took all the garbage with them. NOTHING broken, estimate was right on, even got a thank-you card in the mail a few days later along with a small gift - are these people for real???? HIghly recommend! Pros: Tumbs up for Alpha! Cons: NONE! more
