While I've only eaten at New Eritrea three or four times, I've always been pleased by the experience.
The restaurant itself has a pleasant atmosphere, and the service is always good. While pleasantly busy during peak hours, the place is never packed and one can always get a table. The waitstaff is particularly friendly and always available. Also, for those that are interested, there is a full bar.
The food is simply yet pleasing. If your not familiar cuisine, you might be surprised to eat food with your hands with huge spongey pancakes. However, the experience is actually quite fun. Probably a good place to take a first date to see how they respond to such things. Anyway, as I say, the food is consistently good - if not outstanding.
I've run out of room...couldn't finish review.
Pros: Food, Service, Value
Cons: Limited menu
