I recently visited the service department for an unscheduled maintenance visit and oil change. John Green and the front end car specialist were the absolute best. If you are looking for a service department that actually gives service with a smile- this is the place. After the excellent service I received here, I would highly reccomend having your car repaired or serviced here. I was expecting a horendously expensive bill and was plesantly suprised to find everything was covered under warranty. Hats off to all of you at Neuwirth for another satisfied customer. more

I want to thank the service department for being nothing short of excellent! I was having an issue with a squeak in my rear-end and when I called, they ask me if I could be there in 10 minutes! Even though nothing was wrong except needing a little grease, these guys were thorough and assured me when I left that there wasn't a problem! It really makes you feel great about your visit when you know you can leave trusting that these guys have your safety in mind at all cost! I also sat in the waiting area lounge and listened to some of the conversations between these guys and trusting customers! They were all willing to help each customer with their vehicle needs trying to get them repaired as budget friendly as possible without trying to sell them things they did not need! My greatest memory of my experience that day is a gentleman in the service department trying to help a customer who's wife was sick and battling cancer! This customer's wife always brought the vehicle in for service or problems so he was unsure about some things that day! The gentlemen from the service department handled everything needed to get this customer on his way and with a smile and alot of compassion! You never know who is watching and listening to you! I just want to thank this gentlemen and your wonderful service department for doing exactly what they say they do! They put God, family & their customers first! Thanks Neuwirth Motors!! The Express Lane wasn't as quick as I thought it would be, but it was still quicker than a lot of places that only do "express" work. 1 hour still beats the heck out of 2-3 hours. Great idea! more
