I called Ness after my dog had several accidents, they quoted me a privce and said they could be here within a few hours, they cleaned and deodorized the carpet for the price I was quoted and saved my get-together that night. The tech. expained the process very well and was curtious and my carpets looked great. I referred Ness Carpet cleaing to my next door neighbor and she was also very pleased with the service. Great to find this type of service in Belleuve. Pros: Same Day Service/Great job more

This company was very impressive, they actually cleaned my carpet and provided the services they advertise, there was no extra charges and i paid what was quoted over the phone, i am truly impressed with this company, try them and you will be to. Pros: Very Professional, Reliable, Honest. more

Efficient, courteous, and friendly carpet cleaning 11/28/2009

It's always a great pleasure and a relief to find a new service business that does a flawless job. They responded quickly to my request for a quote, happily answered my questions, were able to schedule an appointment quickly, and the person who did the job was friendly, courteous, efficient, and went beyond the call of duty. My Carpet looks Great 11/27/2009

I have rental that the carpet looked horrible however was not ready for replacement. These guys gave me quote on the phone the owner was so much nicer than most the companies I called. the Tech did a fantastic job the carpet looks new again! I'll use these guys on my rentals Pros: Great price-really nice people Cons: I didn't have any more

When i called Ness I needed my carpet too be cleaned that day, they were able too get me in right away , there was a tech there within couple of hours.They did a great job.The tech was very nice.The price the quoted to me on the was the price i paid.Over all they did a great job.I will deffiinatley call them the next time i need my carpet cleaned. more

Terrible customer service and experience! 2/27/2009

The tech was very friendly other than that worse experience I have ever had. Called the owner to clear up a few things and he was very rude and uncooperative on the phone. Also tech wore his shoes in the house with no plastic covers and left my washer disconnected. Overall was very bad felt like I was bullied into getting my caprets cleaned with no other options and would highly not recommend them to anyone. Pros: Tech was nice Cons: Everything, customer service, experience and quality more
