Just a few years ago, Nemo's was one of my favorite stores in town. Unfortunately, there has been a downturn at this longtime Oceanside store. What was once an old-fashioned Army-Navy store became a more upscale sports shop in terms of merchandise carried and prices. The store was renovated and an entirely new line of name-brand merchandise was brought in. This was fantastic, as finally we had a local store that had all the brands you would normally had driven to the mall to get. The selection, though, has diminshed and it is almost impossible to find what you want here anymore.
