this is a nice house out in the country where about 12-15 eldery ladies live. They are able to get around, for the msotpart, but need help with medication, bathing, using the bathroom, and being reminded of little things (like turning off the heating pad, long story :) ). It is a friendly, Christian environment and the ladies have a nice garden and flower bed to work on if they like or do a puzzle, watch TV, etc. and on sundays they have a "church" service.
