(F- less than poor) 5-6 weeks to provide prelim title report & even longer to refund money to a buyer, after receiving a signed cancellation & release from buyer and seller. No returned calls/emails! Still waiting for refund of buyer deposit after many requests, with no reply. Maybe they will be calling the State of CA to follow up on their funds or maybe they will end up in court over such a small issue. Why?
