I was always skeptical of results of any facial treatment I received before stepping into Nature's Paradise Day Spa. I knew there is no magic treatment to make my face look younger, and get used to many disappointments in the past. It was my friend recommendation to visit this place for quest of beauty. The place was clean, warm and tranquil with professional and friendly staff. Thorough facial skin examination and interview of past treatments resulted in recommendation of Photo-Rejuvenation treatment in series of six in 7 -10 days intervals. After first treatment I noticed considerable improvement of my face. Despite my skepticism I decided to take the whole series of treatment. Already after 4 treatments the complements from friends and co-workers escalated to high level of hardly masked envy. Well I lost few so called friends and at the end of second month after the final treatment I'm enjoying unchanged, excellent facial skin condition. Thank you Nature's Paradise more

My Spa Finder gift card was accepted at local Natures Paradise Day Spa. I booked pamper package of aromatherapy massage and European facial, which was on special and competitive priced. It was one of unexpected pleasant experience: the staff was very professional and friendly, clean and stylish decorated rooms, tranquil atmosphere and excellent service. Complete relaxation. This place has my recommendation and Ill return there as often as I can afford. more

Ive been a very avid spa enthusiast for a few years now and have been trying as many spas as I could in the East Bay. This place presented pretty nice but had awkward colors and weird smells. But, the Photo-Facial and massage was definitely very relaxing and one of the best Ive had in a while. Definitely recommended. Thanks Claudine! more

It was my girlfriend idea. In the past she gave me gift certificates for massage on my birthday, which I never used. This year she booked appointment for couples massage and she broke my resistance. Weve been treated in Cherub room for couples. The dcor, soothing music, candles and tranquility of the place made-up the pleasant mood. Weve got massage simultaneously by two excellent masseuses. Dont know when I fell asleep. This was my first massage and Im sure it wasnt the last for sure! Highly recommend this spa. They may have to get used to my face in the future. Thankyou! more

I keep up with the big city treatments, and nature's paradise isn't just cutting edge, they have the cheapest prices. I just started using their newest machine treatment and the results are quite amazing. My pores are as small as when I was in my twenties, and the lines near my ears that are really signs of age, are gone. Just not there. It's best to use this one (it uses salt water and negative ions) with the photo-facial, that really grows collagen. That makes the photo-facial more effective. If there is a drawback, it's that there are many choices, so you really need to speak to the facialist and get advice. I've read some of these negative reviews, and I think they miss the point. No one's perfect, but at Nature's Paradise the treatment's work. Whoever didn't appreciate the facialst's advice is being boneheaded, one doesn't have to take advice, but you do want to know what will work and how to maximize the positive effects. With the technology changing and the price of the new machines and creams that use that technology, it's pretty incredible that in Pinole there is a place that stocks what works and sells products much more cheaply than the big city spas. I want to spend my money where it shows. I can't recommend Nature's Paradise highly enough. more

Professional Staff and excellent service in clean and tranquil place.Had Pamper package that melted my soul completely.The oxygen facial left fabulous effect on my face and the massage preceded by Infrared Sauna was perfect! After having less than average service in mid 2007 I frequent another spa in the area. Recently after receiving Gift Certificate from Spa Finder I decided to check out Natures Paradise and redeem it using offered services. I settled on Royal Pamper Package. I was pleased with new look of the spa. The dcor, the cleanness, the atmosphere and the staff combine into soothing experience. It was really royal treatment performed by experienced and knowledgeable massage therapists, estheticians, manicurist and hair dressers. Now Ill visit this spa more frequently making it my permanent beauty place. more

I love this place. Joanna, the owner, has always been wonderful. She is very knowledgeable about skin care and is very conscientious about using natural products. I always leave feeling beautiful, and relaxed for a fraction of the cost at other spas. I recommend this spa to my friends. more

have been going to Kristina for years and would never trust anyone else to do my facials. The selection process she uses for all her products is meticulous and as a result you end getting a service that is worth 200% of what you pay for. Any other spa would charge you more and use much cheaper and lower quality products. Not to mention that she includes added services when you get a facial that make it not just a cleansing and healing service but a relaxing and rejuvenating one as well! All I can say is experience it for yourself and then you can say - Thumbs up for my recommendation. more

I have had facials all around the world, and this was one of the most relaxing and rewarding facials I have ever had. Kristina is welcoming, knowledgable about skin care and nutrition, and really took her time throughout the process. She created a unique facial for my skin type and ended with a tranquil scalp massage. Her time is dedicated to one client at a time, and I didnt feel rushed at any point. The spa is serene, clean and blissful, and I felt like a baby when I left. I will definitely be a regular customer =) more

I have had many treatments at Nature's Paradise and have always been extremely happy with the service, level of knowledge of the owner and staff. I don't always review the places I do business with in review sites, but I was surprised to see that this place does no have the rave reviews, personally know of from friends I have referred. I'm 50 years old and my skin looks fantastic -- Nature's paradise has done a great job every single time and I can only say that the best review you can give a business is to go back for more!! and I have for the last 15 years -- If I'm not satisfied with the service, I let the owner of the business know where they fell short, so they can fix the problem. Bad businesses usually don't stay in business. This business has been in Pinole for 21 years providing excellent services to the community more
