made me feel like my things were safe 4/27/2010

When I realized that all my stuff was not going to fit into my new home I was freaked. After doing some competitive shopping around I was relieved to find National Storage Center. The fantastic customer service I received along with the free moving truck made it a lot easier. It was probably the first time I've never paid a security deposit at a storage facility and the lock on my unit was provided at no extra charge. I could finally relax and enjoy my new home knowing my belongings were safe. more

Perfect location for our needs. Clean and bright lit building.The manager here was so kind and helpful.great rates it really saved us a bunch of money...no deposit free moving truck and free lock sealed the deal more

Very knowledgeable staff. Free move-in truck was a great incentive to rent from this place. Would recommend this place to anyone. Professional courteous employees. great rates and very clean building. more

Fantastic Customer Service 1/29/2010

If I ever need storage again in lancaster it will be at National Storage Center. The managers go way beyond the norm to please its tenants and the facility is fantastic. Given the features it is a great value. I don't believe anyone else can match them, and I've stored with others. The managers and the facility are A # 1 in my book more
