Acadia National Park is a place everyone should visit someday. It is a beautiful place that exemplifies Maine. You can experience the ocean - Thunder Hole is my favorite spot to see the waves crashing onto the rocks - and the moutains. Take a drive or hike up Cadillac Mountain and you can see for miles. Many of the towns nearby have cute little shops and great seafood dining. I grew up near this park and it is one of my favorite places.
