I have been with National City Bank for about eight years now. I really enjoy that they are conveniently located. I never have a problem finding a bank or an ATM machine. The only real problem I have had with the is that they always get my check orders wrong. Once they never delivered them and I had to go to the branch to pick them up. Next time, they got my name wrong on the check after forgetting to order them. Other then the check issues, I love this bank!
