I have to give give them a one by default, I am not allowed to give them no stars. They did show up the day and around the time they said they would. My problem is the installer was in such a rush he got the black window sealer on my dash, inside the window trim area and on the paint of my truck. If this is not bad enough....He also broke the night sensor that turns my headlights on automatically. I called the company and talked to Wayne and told him what had happened, he did seem concerned and sent the installer back out. The installer told me he could do nothing, so I called Wayne and he ask for my Vin number so he could get the part in. Two weeks later no call back, so I called him, he said sorry and that he would call me back in the next day..Nope! Didn't happen so I called him again. He again said he would have to check into it and call me back in a few days...Nope! Again did not call me. I called Wayne again and he said he could do nothing for me, he said he could not find the and that I would have to go to the dealer and purchase it. No real attempt to help me at all. My advise is, avoid the headache and stay away from this place.
