Just moved to Nashville and wanted to support strong Black business. First off, not all the sites are open on a daily basis-they rotate from location to location. So I drive all the way across town and get serviced. The pedicure with the owner, Angela was phenomenal. But then I got pawned off for my manicure with her student. The manicure was great until she put clear polish on my cuticles as ""cuticle oil"" and refused to own up to the mistake. I let bygones be bygones, but with a new appointment specifically requested Angela to Angela. Got to the appointment and only the student is there....I wait, Angela is in a meeting, I stand for a while then ask if she is expected back anytime soon....NOPE. Thanks anyway. What is the purpose of taking my phone number down if you are NOT going to call to advise that you can not fulfill my appointment. Too bad that you can not expect even decent customer service from an OWNER that is so talented. I will not be back.
