This is probably the most amazing sushi restaurant in the area. The itamae are incredible! For your non sushi eating friends, the food from the kitchen is amazing. Order the tempura dinner, it's an artscape on a plate. If you are new to sushi, the maki in which they specialize, is absolutely amazing. If you are after nigiri or sashimi there is not a lot on the menu, however, if you ask the itamae they can usually provide. The atmosphere is quiet and comfortable, think european bistro meets sushi bar. I have never put a bad, non fresh, or not wonderful morsel in my mouth in this place! GO!
Pros: excellent makizushi
Cons: not enough nigirizushi or sashimi
