The owners and staff are very friendly, they remember your names, and what you do or do not like. Always fresh food, and the chefs are all very handsome. The waitresses are fantastic, and ready to make you dining experience great whether with a small or large group. They just opened Nagano II in Grayson. It's a little bit smaller, but the decor is beautiful, and the same type of service.
