Thousand Trails / NACO / Little Diamond Resort is located near Newport and is very secluded and private. You have to be a member to visit which keeps the resort very down to earth and friendly. They have cabin rentals as well as camping slips to bring your own camper in. Nice little lake and swimming pool and an indoor sauna. Very nice surroundings, lots of trees and wildlife! You can even eat a great meal in the lodge, love the fireplace! Very family oriented they even have a few different playgrounds. They also have fun activities and shows throughout the summer months to enjoy. We went to the model airplane show a few years back, that was fun!
