Recently NW Sundance was sent to my home for an AC repair, the tech was behind schedule and late for his next appointment. He was at my home for maybe 10 minutes, and gave me an ""Easy Out"" diagnosis. He said the brushes in the motor were going out and that he could not repair it just because it was making a noise, and to keep running it. After 2 days of the unit sounding like a freight train in my hallway, it finally died. When the same tech came to my home a week later he opened up the unit and immediately and rudely accused me of ""SABOTAGING"" the machine, saying that i forced something into the fan, then he called my warranty company and told them the same. So now they are not going to pay for it. I'm sure this was all done in an attempt to cover his butt for the VERY inadequate job he did the first time he was there. I've since called another service company and in about 15 minutes they gave me a very COMPLETE and accurate diagnosis. Hey Matt, my motor doesn't even have brushes in it. NW Sundance, what a lame exuse for customer service, and to stand behind a dishonest technician like that SHAME ON YOU!!!!!!!!!
