We thought we'd take advantage of our homeowner's warranty w/ the included free AC tune-up and what a huge mistake it was. They did an incomplete job which caused us to call them out again later when our AC wasn't working properly , charged us for a ridiculous amount of freon (as we realized later from a 2nd opinion) and stopped short of claiming responsibility. We've heard since that we weren't the only customers duped by this company who apparently has a bad reputation within their profession. Wish we knew that earlier!! Beware if you have a homeowner's warranty or need HVAC repair and look elsewhere. I'd give them zero stars if that were an option. more

I am so happy I called this company. They fixed the water line for my ice maker, and found the drain loose under my kitchen sink, If they had not found that it could have been a really big mess. Thanks more

Our sewer had back up into our basement on Sunday night and of course we had company over. A neighbor had recommend that I call NW Sundance Services. I Call and they had a gentleman over in one hour! The young man was professional and very considerate of our property. The rate they charged was completely reasonable. This was a very good experience. We will only use NW Sundance Services from here on out. And once again THANK YOU for all the help NW Sundance. more

Recently NW Sundance was sent to my home for an AC repair, the tech was behind schedule and late for his next appointment. He was at my home for maybe 10 minutes, and gave me an ""Easy Out"" diagnosis. He said the brushes in the motor were going out and that he could not repair it just because it was making a noise, and to keep running it. After 2 days of the unit sounding like a freight train in my hallway, it finally died. When the same tech came to my home a week later he opened up the unit and immediately and rudely accused me of ""SABOTAGING"" the machine, saying that i forced something into the fan, then he called my warranty company and told them the same. So now they are not going to pay for it. I'm sure this was all done in an attempt to cover his butt for the VERY inadequate job he did the first time he was there. I've since called another service company and in about 15 minutes they gave me a very COMPLETE and accurate diagnosis. Hey Matt, my motor doesn't even have brushes in it. NW Sundance, what a lame exuse for customer service, and to stand behind a dishonest technician like that SHAME ON YOU!!!!!!!!! more

My grandparents are in their late 80's. The worker came out to their house, charged them $65.00 after telling them there is nothing he can do. He continued on to tell them that their whole plumbing system is illegal. Then he left them high and dry doing no work yet collecting a $65.00 fee. Well, I called the city and county and found out they are not illegal! Their house was built a long time ago and at that time it was code therefore still is fine, just harder to work on. I tried to call this company and they were rude and of no help. I believe they knew they thought they could persuade an old couple to spend way more money doing things that weren't necessary. Anyway, my father, a retired plumber, came over and fixed the whole problem in an hour. Problem with that is he is old as well and this kind of work is way to hard for him now. But he did it. What the hell gives Sundance Service? I recommend to anyone to stay away from this company. They aren't accredited with the BBB either. more

I scheduled my service call within minutes of contacting this plumbing company. They came out and same day and serviced my water heater and got me back into hot water in no time. The technician went above and beyond to make sure all my other plumbing checked out ok also. I will be recommending them to all my friends and neighbors and will not use any other plumber for my future needs!! Thanks NW Sundance Services! more

The hole company was great. I got an est the next day and for a very fair price, and they started that same day. Every one was great through the hole project. They will be the only plumbing/ HVAC company I will work with. Pros: Great company to work with Cons: None more

This was a great water heaters installation experience. I called Wes and he came out to my house the same day to take a look at my existing water heater. The next day he installed a beautiful new one. He was very professional, timely and he definitely knew what he was doing. He did a great job. Pros: On time, professional and nice. No surprises. Cons: Nothing. more
