I am a representative for NLD, it is disgusting to see the length a competitor will go to, to slander another company just to drive more business to their site. Hopefully anyone reading this will trust our company in saying that we live up to the highest level of customer service and quality and have done so since 1997. This is our first negative review since we have opened our doors and we hope anyone reading this will give us the benefit of the doubt. more

I disagree 5/29/2009

I have used NLD since 2001 and never had an issue with there service or quality. They run a very honest business and if there was an issue I'm sure they would take of it with no questions asked. I did google the company name and there is another NLD in Ohio, maybe you are referring to them. Otherwise it makes me assume your a competitor that is trying to draw business to your site. more
