I have been coming her for quite some time. I am a great customer. Tonight they were short handed, so they say. I think they were all stoned! They first served us the wrong dish, then brought the appitiser out after the foor, they also did not seve the food at the same time. The food was terrible, the service was terrible, my roll looked like dog crap. 1 guy got up and walked out. When I approached the waitress,she gave me attitude. I told her that if you were that short handed then you should not have opened. I was better off eating at McDonalds. I do not recommend this place! Ill never go back. I hope the waitress with the bad attitude reads this!!!!!!!!!!!! more

over priced ,, place is in coral springs ,, you also have to pay xtra for green tea thats a no no,, every place i go to tea is included change your rules u may get more business ,,plus next store is a nail salon bad news and smell lurks in place ,, rather go to east coast fusion ,, thanks ushe more

i have been a loyal customer and their number one fan for years and years! `the owner, yuji-san and his wait staff-cindy and joy are amazing! the sushi is the freshest around and tastes mouth-watering. the service is amazing and i can not say enough about how amazing the sushi is!!!! by far the best sushi i have ever had. more

I have eaten Japanese food all over the world. Nu Sushi stands among the best. The food is fresh, delicious and very well priced. Be it lunch or dinner, it is a lovely place to sit down and have a great time. more

Update 12/28/09: Still the best in Coral Springs with Tee-Jay Thai and Sushi running close at second.\r \r I agree with Dave's review. In a sea of sushi restaurants Nu Sushi excels and is the BEST in Springs.. I ordered some rolls to go and had a nice chat with the owner while he prepared my food. What a nice guy who is proud of his family and his sushi craft. Let's see... I ordered, a spicy white tuna roll, mexician roll, dancing eel roll, two crab sticks, two shrimp, and udon soup-yakamain style. The white tuna was very fresh and I just love eel...not sure why...it might be the eel sauce that makes it taste so good to me. \r \r If you live in the springs area and like sushi this is a MUST TRY restaurant. Remember to tell them Dan sent you and Stay Hungry! more

This place has THE BEST sushi around. I've been all over the area and to plenty of the popular places in South Beach and Ft. Lauderdale, like Shoji, Samba, Siam, Shizen, Pop rock, Tatu, RA, etc. and this place embarasses them. It's even better than Sushi Ray in Boca. It's a tiny family place (Yuji is the greatest) with fantastic quality and innovative dishes. There are a TON of rolls and other traditional Japanese dishes (skip the miso soup, though). We've been going for years and years, and we've never had better sushi down here. Most other food in Coral Springs is garbage, but this place is superb. more

I've been eating Japanese food since 1955, and without a doubt, Nu-Shushi has the best, most authentic traditional Japanese food that I ever eaten outside of the Kansai area of Japan. The outstandanding selection of fresh sushi and sashimi is second to none. Both the owner, Yuji-san and his Assuistant ,Shin-san are true masters of their craft who work tirelessly to provide absolute customer satisfaction. And, if the secret about their Yakitori-version of Chicken Wings ever gets out ,KFC is in serious trouble. Finger lickin' good is a serious understatement!! more
