BEWARE....two of my prints arrived damaged from improper packaging. I contacted MyPhotoPipe with regard to the damaged prints and they requested images of the damage. I sent them detailed images of the damage and requested a refund. Didn't hear from them again, so I emailed them and they respond that a refund had been issued and were sorry I never received their message letting me know. BS....two weeks later still no refund, and no response to my emails. Stay away from this company. more

I've been doing business with this company for about 10 years and today is the last straw. I'm a pro shooter in Knoxville, TN and have been using them for my printing for all that time. No more. I ordered 6- 24x36" canvas wraps almost two weeks ago for a very good client of mine and they tell me three days before my deadline they can't complete the order and they offered me my money back. I'm stuck between a rock and hard place. I don't have time to have another lab complete this order. I would lose every dime of profit if I go somewhere else and pay 200% rush charges for the same order. I will never do business with them again and plan to write the ATL BBB and complain about their lack of service, constantly missing their published turnaround times on orders, and unwillingness to make things right when they screw up. I placed my order 30 days ago. After 1 unanswered email, and no less than 6 phone calls, 4 different promised dates of arrival, 3 different reasons for delay, and a 30% off for my "next visit", I'll be receiving my prints the "DAY OF THE SHOW". I hope they look good, because I'm receiving them "DAY OF THE SHOW". I wish they just told me two weeks ago after my first call they couldn't do it, instead of stringing me along. They have cost me time, money, and aggravation. And I still haven't seen the prints. Horrible.... more

Good: The website is simple to upload photos to. You can see the crop of your photo (If this is necessary) before you place the order. Prices are good. Quality outstanding. I had a 20" x 30" printed and it looks great. Really fast turn around time. I placed my order on 3/11 and received my print on 3/16. Plus, the shipping was free.. Bad: When I placed my first order, I used a code for free shipping. The code did not work. I contacted someone via chat on the website who gave me a new code and that worked fine. I saw later the code to waive shipping had been changed to the code I was given. If not for this, I would have given them 5 stars. Improvements: The only thing I can think of is to offer free shipping. There always seems to be a code for free shipping. I don't know if free shipping is always available with a code, but if it is, why not just offer free shipping without having to enter a code?. Other: I ordered a large print from both Myphotopipe.com and Photoworks on the same day. The print I ordered from Myphotopipe.com has been received, I have matted and framed the print and is hanging on my wall. The print from Photoworks has not been received 8 days later. If you need a great quality print in a hurry, use Myphotopipe.com. more

I can't say enough great things about MyPhotoPipe! Customer service is top notch, prints look fabulous and they make it so easy for me to upload my images to purchase from their HUGE list of products. Plus, they are introducing new products constantly. I love the place, can't you tell? :) more

I just placed my first order with myphotopipe.com and I was very impressed! We ordered 8x10 pictures for entering in the fair and they came back quickly and the quality was really great. My favorite thing about this place is that I can export from iPhoto and not spend so much time using online forms where you have to upload a few photos at a time--and then start over if it times out. I highly recommend them for quality, price, ease of ordering and customer service. more
