I took my 14 year old deaf cocker spaniel to be groomed and they injured him badly. Not only did they injure him, but they applied a glue over the wound and they FAILED to inform me that they did this to him when I came to pick him up. When they glue wore off, I saw the injury. I immediately called my vet and My Three Dogs and they admitted to injuring my dog and said that the groomer FORGOT to tell me that they did this to my dog. The manager apologized and asked me to send her the vet bill. After six hours of surgery, I faxed the bill to the manager, per her request. A few days later, she emailed me and said the owner was refusing to pay the bill. I have made every attempt to resolve this matter quickly and quietly with the manager, however I have been unsuccessful. I thought My Three Dogs would do the right thing and take responsibility for cutting my dog since I trusted them with him. Their business practices are unethical and they treated my dog inhumanely.
