We needed hay for our daughter's rabbit. The staff didn't try to sell us anything he didn't need, but did make some suggestions for wintering our pet rabbit. They also offered that they carried a quality line of rabbit food that was much less expensive that what Wal-Mart carries. We plan to return soon.
