Great service and Staff! 1/25/2013

Even though I live down in Renton, I make the trek up NE just to get my car serviced here. Randy remembers my name and looks out for if my car needs to have minor repairs done for safety reasons. He matches prices if I find a better deal somewhere else, but I know that I'll get my monies worth and the great service attention here more

Fast, cheap and Good! 1/23/2013

It's so amazing to get all three that you feel like there has to be a catch. Nope! This place is a gem! The only downside is that they are growing so fast that Travis might need to hire some help. But as long as he is picky and picks someone like him I am happy! more

I don't know a ton about car maintenance but I'm pretty sure I wa due for tire rotation. I didn't get any suggestions they just handed me my paper and said good bye. probably could have done more service had they gone per it and made some suggestions. not as nice I a visit this time more

I went here unsure of what the cost of 4/30/2012

I went here unsure of what the cost of repair was going to be for my car. I dropped my car off for diagnostics, they called me back a few hours later telling me I need my MAF intake replaced and gave me a quote ($322), the time frame it would take to finish and if I'd like to follow through with the repair. The quote was great, the time frame to be completed was about an hour, so I went through with the repair. I was extremely please with the outcome and it fixed an issue that Firestone and another repair shop couldn't find. Trustworthy and Thorough 4/12/2010

The problem I find with most mechanics is that they usually try to feed you a line of bull betting on the fact that 90% of the population knows little or nothing about cars. I also find that they tend to treat women differently than men again betting that women know less than men about cars. more

The problem I find with most mechanics is that they usually try to feed you a line of bull betting on the fact that 90% of the population knows little or nothing about cars. I also find that they tend to treat women differently than men again betting that women know less than men about cars. This is not true when it comes to My Auto Pro. My wife and I have been taking all of our cars to them for a few years now and they always treat my wife and I with respect. They explain everything they are doing in detail and present us with different options to choose from. I never feel like they are just trying to make a buck. It seems like they want to get us back on the road at the lowest cost while keeping us and our children safe. I'm happy that we've finally found a mechanic we can trust. I don't often find companies (especially mechanics) that I trust enough to recommend to other people. I recommend My Auto Pro to everyone I meet. more

Top Notch! 3/30/2009

Thanks for the great service!! I took my car to this place, the mechanic took a test drive and knew the problem right away! I had been to two other places that could not figure it out. I left my car went to lunch and the car was finished within two hours. I would suggest you go here if you want your car fixed right, on time and on budget. I really like being able to talk to the mechanic also...Travis there is great! more

As a single woman, I'm always a little skeptical of taking my car to an auto shop - I'll be the first to admit that I don't know a THING about cars, and always wonder if I'm getting talked into something I don't really need. I was so glad to meet Travis and Renee of "My Auto Pro" at a Kirkland Chamber of Commerce event, and decided that I would take my car in to their shop when it was time for my next service appointment. I've now taken my car to them for 2 oil changes, and they have been great! Scheduling an appointment has been a breeze. Renee is so warm and welcoming when you arrive. And Travis is extremely knowledgeable, efficient, and most of all, trustworthy! I also really appreciate being informed of exactly what's going to happen with my service ahead of time so there are no surprises when it comes time to settle up. I would highly recommend "My Auto Pro" to ANYONE - they are great! more

I like taking my cars to a place where things are explained to me and I can get my car in fast. This is the place for that type of service. The mechanic is always available to explain, and I can get an appointment around my schedule. I have relied on the mechanic at My Auto Pro for years and he has never let me down. I highly recommend this shop! more

Truly Trustworthy‎ 1/17/2009

Travis has been my mechanic for the last 18 years. The first 14 years I had older cars, he was always able to keep my "old" cars running and for a very reasonable price. He has always been able to fix anything wrong with my cars. Once he even helped me with getting another auto repair place to fix something that had not been done properly. I will always take my cars to Travis because he is reliable, trustworthy and knows what the heck he is doing!!!! more
