Mustillo's Town & Country

First and foremost let me say that Mustillo’s made my wedding the most wonderful experience of my life. We all dream of that white wedding dress from the moment we are 5 years old! When I walked into Mustillo’s in Red Bank, I knew right away that this was where I was going to find my dress. The customer service was wonderful. The owner and her staff took their time with me and allowed me to try on as many dresses as I wanted. They made this experience so wonderfully stress free. My dress arrived well ahead of schedule and they allowed me to come in just to see it so that I could match my shoes and other accessories to my dress! No other dress store will let you do that! They took the time to make sure that my dress fit my body perfectly. The dress was truly exquisite. \r \r I had a beautiful wedding and people are STILL commenting on how beautiful my gown was. I have three sisters and they will all be buying their wedding dresses from Mustillo’s!\r more

My friend wanted me to try on a vera wang bridesmaids dress at their store to see if I liked it before she registered there. They refused to let me try it on. They said I wasn't allowed to try it on unless the bride was registered there. They barely let me touch the dress. Very rude! Lost a customer for life! Pros: Nothing positive to say!!! Cons: everything was a drawback. Rude sales person. more

They made my wedding planning HELL!!! I spent a lot of money on my dress and bridesmaids! I had six bridesmaids and NO discounts (even thou I was told the would get money off on alterations) LIARS! When my friends went in to get measured they were rude, if you don't get all dressed up to go in there ...they will not talk to you! Vicki that works there is so nasty, rude, and told the bridesmaids to lose weight!!!!!!! They measure you two sizes bigger than you are so they can charge you a $$$$$$ for alterations! DO NOT WASTE YOU TIME BY GOING THERE...THEY WILL RUIN YOUR SPECIAL TIME OF OF PLANINNG YOUR WEDDING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Cons: RUDE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! more

The dresses are amazing! it has a good vibe to it and the employees are actually very nice. they do have good people skills. its a beautiful old fashioned and family owned business. i really enjoyed it and it made the hectic wedding plan months that much easier to shop at this wonderful store.even the location is great! right in the center of red banks awesome stores. i love this place and i don't understand the other review really! I went here to look for a wedding dress and I was basically turned away. I made an appt and when I got there they told me they had nothing for me. I showed them pictures of what I wanted and they were not willing to work with me and my style and said there was nothing they could do for me and basically told me to leave. They obviously have a terrible and small variety of dresses and their staff was very unaccomodating. I would not recommend going here!!!! more
