We were looking for a good used piano for months and we narrowed down our search to Yamaha acoustic pianos and checked out ads, Craigslist, stores in Berkeley and San Francisco as well as in our neighborhood of Santa Rosa, CA. We finally found that our local Music Exchange had the best selection, knowledgeable staff and was a Yamaha dealer. After many visits to try out the different models available we bought a piano at Music Exchange and am very satisfied. Brandon was extremely helpful and patient. \r
