Everybody is so pleasant from the arrival at the service area all the way to the cashier. I even interacted by the girl who answers the phone. These people are the most professional and courteous of any dealership I have ever encountered.\r \r I told Terry that the service does such a good job with my Ridgeline that it makes it like brand new every time I come in for regularly scheduled maintenance.\r more

Great service from salesman Robbie. \r Positives: Was diligent about finding a car for me that met my request list.\r Helped me with all of my questions on the car.\r Taught me many systems on the car.\r Made sure that I have his number to call with any questions.\r Good communicator.\r Negatives: Tried to reduce the value of my car by $500.00\r Charged me $100.00 to use my credit card, I am not sure this is legal, I am sure it was annoying. The purpose of using credit cards as a vendor is the convenience of receiving the money immediately. The service charge is one of the many costs of doing business. When the finance guy told me it was not built in to the deal I wanted to tell him neither were the brand new tires on my vehicle. more

Brian and others at Trickett helped us to find a new Accord per our specs. They searched several states to try and find the right color that we wanted. Eventually we had to order from the factory. Brian kept us up to date with the progress of the car until it was delivered. The new Accord is even better than we had imagined. Thanks Brian Pirtle for helping to make our experience at Trickett another great one. more

Bryan was great! He wasn't pushy which is a huge plus. Was willing to take the extra time with me because I think my decisions through and may need to see a specific car more than once. My second car purchase from Bryan in a year and have referred a close friend to Bryan who also made a purchase. Very comfortable in referring Tricket and Bryan Pirtle to anyone who asks. more

A+ experience with Trickett and Bryan Pirtle This is our second purchase form Trikett with Bryan as our sales representative. Never any pressure, very helpful and can actually strike a deal without checking with the ""Sales Manager"". As long as I buy Honda, it will be from Trickett (and Bryan). more
