The best without a doubt. Deborah is the owner and what a session. Neck cramps gone, back stiffnes gone. She gave me some tips on how to do some stretches that will help. She said it all about education of the muscles and how they work, not about coming in every week. Pros: plenty of parking, great service, atmosphere more

Muscular Therapy For Health 8/5/2008

Jessica is the therapist I went to and not only was she fabulous, but she gave me a few mild exercises to do at home for my back...something she certainly didn't have to do. I've been to many massage therapists over the years, and I have to say I found Jessica to be among the best. And with the shape my back is in, that's not an easy task. Would definitely recommend them to anyone! Pros: Atmosphere, attitude, ability, parking Cons: None more

I have been going to muscle therapy for a few years now. Everyone is very professional and caring. Jessica is my therapist and I couldn't be more happy. She's the best therapist I have gone to and is way I maintain my wellness there. Making appointments is easy and fast. Their knowledge of their craft is amazing and they really do care about my wellness. I highly recommend them if your looking for a new Massage Therapist to go to. -Jeffrey more

Disrespectful to Clients 5/18/2008

I have been to Muscular Therapy 4 times in two years and have had wonderful experiences with Betty. I recently made an appointment after not having been there for about a year. When I first called I spoke to Aileen (sp?) she was very difficult to schedule with, not because there were no available appointments but because she seems to have a problem being straight forward and just telling you what times are available. Than I had to reschedule my appointment due to an emergency (something I never do) and she was extremely rude about it. As Murphy?s law goes the next morning my husband woke up with the flu so he called to cancel his appointment, out of courtesy because he did not want to spread germs, but he confirmed that I would attend mine. He said Aileen gave him attitude and seemed put out that I was still coming. I called and left a message confirming I would be there. When I showed up for my 3:15pm appointment the place was locked and all the lights were out. I called and waited until 4pm. I also checked my home phone and cell phone and there were no messages telling me not to come. Apparently Aileen decided she did not want my business. I had booked 2 hours with her and she blew me off. No wonder they have so many openings. I went to see Melissa Berry in Beverly she squeezed me into her already full schedule. She is wonderful and courteous, no wonder HER appointment book is full everyday. Stay away from this place they are rude and unprofessional go to wwwmdberrylmtcom The massage is just as good and the experience is FAR more pleasant. Pros: good massage Cons: difficult, rude, clients show up for scheduled appointment and no one is there. more
