Profoundly Bad Customer Service 1/11/2012

We live in the neighborhood and had purchased voucher deal through Amazon Local to go here. We attempted to use the voucher this evening and were told that the restaurant does not accept the vouchers any more. This tidbit came from the manager! Despite the voucher being presented well before the expiry date (3/18/2012.) Despite the fact we had already paid for it. Despite no one contacting us (either MMG or Amazon) to refund our already collected money. This makes no sense. The manager was neither unapologetic nor accommodating to keep us in his restaurant. We didn't want anything other than what would be fair - a credit for what we had spent, an exception to this (bizarre and potentially illegal) decision to not honor outstanding vouchers, or something that acknowledges the remarkable problem of taking potential customers' money without providing something in exchange. This charmer of a manager offered no solution. I can't say we were impressed with this dude's managerial accumen. We went down the street to Evolution Burger and had delightful service and tasty food. more

FOOD POISONING. 7/20/2011

I ordered there on Monday eve 07/18/2011 and have been sick for the last 2 days with food poisoning. I contacted restaurant manager yesterday and explained my situation after eating their Penne and chicken nuggets. and my concern for other patrons. He said he would look into it and call me back .....Still waiting! They offered no sympathy after being sick the last 2 days off work.Never called back, offered any kind of compensation. My favorite place to eat in Chelsea 3/11/2011

I first had muscle maker grill when i lived in NJ at their springfield location. I then started working in chelsea in august and was pleasantly surprised that there was a muscle maker grill so close to my office. every time i call for delivery the order is at my office very quickly and always hot which is a huge plus. the only thing i ever order is the santa fe wrap with brown rice. easily the best tasting health food i've ever had in my life. the chicken is always very moist and never dry and the santa fe sauce pulls the whole wrap together. i have turned a lot of my co workers on to muscle maker and now we order from there at least once a week. when i do stop in there to dine in the owner chris and the rest of the people who work there make you feel welcome from the moment you walk in. if you're in the chelsea area and you want delicious health food, muscle maker grill is the place to go. more

Yummy food and cute staff 3/6/2011

As soon as my bf and I walked in we were greeted (and by some very attractive staffmen I might add). We ordered a strawberry protein shake to share which was good, not too sweet. I had the cajun chicken whole wheat penne and I loved it, it hit the spot, had great pieces of chicken, and the sauce had a nice kick to it. My partner had a chicken wrap and he finished every bite. I would definitely come back here for the whole wheat penne, and I think I'll bring some girlfriends so we can enjoy the view some more. lol more

I LOVE MUSCLEMAKER 2/15/2011

The staff at musclemaker in Chelsea is fantastic ! They showed me the arizona entree and I now order it everyday. Its a dish with brown rice chicken breast turkey bacon scallions and tomatos, but the sauce is what makes it ! The owner chris is always there and he is what makes the place very homey. more

The only place I order from for lunch at work 2/14/2011

Muscle Maker Grill in Chelsea has the best tasting health food that I have ever had. Usually when you get healthy food you don't expect to taste that great, but with muscle maker, I am always satisfied. I either order the rocky balboa wrap with pasta salad or the sante fe wrap with brown rice. the delivery is always quick and not expensive. they recently delivered a huge order to my office and all of my fellow co-workers loved it. can't wait to order again soon more
