We broke down at Starbuck's on a Sunday and Muncie Imports was quick to tow it first thing Monday. They kept in touch, had to order parts and had it fixed by Wednesday. Great service! more

Another great experience 7/20/2013

In addition to marvelous workmanship on repainting my 997's front bumper that had taken much highway sandblasting over the years, they sorted out an intermittent AC problem very economically. The latter could have been a huge bill, but a low charge was the culprit. Thanks! more

Excellent Customer Service 2/5/2013

Overall it was a fantastic experience. Everyone was very personable and it was a great turnaround time. I called on a Wednesday, dropped my car off Thursday at lunch and picked it up that evening. If I ever need anything else serviced on my car, I won't take it to any place other than Muncie Imports. more
