This outfit tried to rip us off today claiming we needed a board that costs 396 dollars plus 86 dollar service fee. It was a lie I told them to get off the property. We called an honest outfit that fixed our furnace in 20 minutes by replacing a secondary fuse. Cost 75 bucks. We gave the guy a hundred because loosing Mulligan Heating and cooling is priceless. Don't use these gangsters they will work you year after year we found out the hard way. They even installed the unit incorrectly and didn't educate us like the honarable furnace guy who just left and we are warm with a furnace that works. Mulligan Heating Inc does not even have a FaceBook account, Why? Bad reviews more

Mulligan is very popular. I think they are really reaching out to please homeowners. They are family owned and have been in business 50 years. They offer free estimates, so you don't have to pay for your quote. They offer furnace, air conditioning and duct cleaning. You can find coupons in those monthly shopper papers. They garauntee 100% satisfaction!!! more

  • Mulligan Heating Inc. has been in the Heating and Cooling business since 1955 when it was founded by Kirwan Mulligan in Union Lake, Michigan. At that time, it was a one-man operation. Over the next decade and a half, the company prospered and in 1971 moved to the current location in White Lake, Michigan. Kirwans two sons, Mike and Pat went on to take over the family business in 1978 and would run it for the next 40 years. During their ownership, the business grew and expanded to service much of Southeast Michigan. In November of 2018, the company was passed on to Jason Mulligan, a third generation owner and longtime employee, Edward Rhue. Currently the company has many skilled and certified installers and service technicians, along with friendly office staff to accommodate all of our customers needs .
