Never felt like I was being misled or pushed. I really appreciate their honesty and hard work, that's why I keep coming back. more

I bought 2 groupon deals for their services, the guy closing my transaction, punched my acard twice! He said cuz I've been there before! Of course! I have two punch cards! and i asked them to check the check engine light they said nothing was wrong, but when I got the car back the check engine light is still on. more

Giving this business even one star is painful. How awful this place is is beyond words. How they even remain in business is a complete mystery to me. They treated me like garbage the two times I was there (I only came back to get a part replaced that was warranteed by them for a year that broke within 8 months which they not only didn't replace, but they blamed me for the part breaking). The service is horrible. The customer service is non existant. At one point the last time I was there while having a full on shouting match with the shady owner in the garage, nearly all the mechanics came and got not only verbally abusive but threatened violence. Yeah very brave of them. 6 on 1 and I'm the pu^%y huh? This place sucks. It is always empty when I go there and I can see why. The filth starts at the owner and works its way down to the mechanics too... If you are reading this do yourself a favor and avoid this place. Or go and find out for yourself. Either way. Dont say I didn't warn you more

If I could give this business negitive stars I would. Giving it even one star is extremely difficult. There is nothing I can say that is good about this place. Well, except for the fact that it was cheap compared to other places I looked at for the part I needed replaced but never has the saying "you get what you paid for" been more true. These are the shadiest group of people ever put into one building. It starts with the owner Darryl and works its way down to the mechanics too. Horrible customer service, horrible repair work, horrible attitudes, verbally abusive (with the threat of physical violence). Absolutely the worst auto shop imagineable.. Don't believe me?? Do not...I repeat do NOT take your vehicle to this place. THEY ARE SHADY! I took my truck into this place 5 days before Christmas and there were no other cars there. Guess I should have run away as fast as I could. They saw me coming a mile away! I was taken advantage of. Ladies and/or gentleman, they are the rudest, most untelligent people I have ever dealt with. When I asked questions about my truck and the repairs, I was told by Daryl Tingler, ""why don't you come and fix it yourself"". When I was charged over $500 for repairs from another auto mechanic would cost $100, I was told by JT Tingler (son), ""look who had trouble coming up with the $$$! JT is the rudest, most unprofessional person. Daryl, his father, the owner is a shady owner. The other service guys were complete idiots. They were all yelling at me when I went to pick my truck up. I was lied to about getting a NEW $365 distributor, then found out on my receipt that it was a remanufactured one!!!!! When I asked for my part back I was told I owed an $80 core charge. What the h**? BEWARE! I got completely screwed. The only way (apparently) to be treated faily with honestly and integrity is to be a man! Although I think they are really good at being unethical! THEY WILL REAP WHAT THEY SOW! Evil people will get what they deserve! And God will make sure justice is served! I am filing an official complaint, maybe small claims, and plan to make sure no one else is treated this way...especially ladies who shouldnt be disrespected Cons: Shady, Fraudulent, Rude, Unethical, Unprofessional, DO NOT TRUST THEM more
