Betrayed. I used to believe every word they said. I told my friends and family to go there too. I have had many (some times very expensive) repairs done on my vehicles. My last issue was that my gear stick came free from the shift assembly. They said the entire assembly, cable, bushing and all, needed to be replaced and he could only get it from the dealer. Price ""$537.00"". Looked into it after that and found out it was a common easy to fix issue with this type of car. So I went to pick up my car and when I did I noticed they never even opened up the center console. I bought the bushing from Napa Auto parts for $25 and I fixed it in 30 min. and I have no mechanical background. Muff-it = $537.00, Me = $25.00. I will no longer be doing business with them. more

Quality Work at The Right Price 5/18/2010

Muff-it has worked on my families vehicle's for years. Everything from brakes to muffler's to engine repair to air conditioning. Heck Muff it even got me a tow truck to Victoria Texas for a company car that broke down. These guys are honest and shoot straight with you and fix what ever the problem may be at a price that can't be beat. Thanks Muff It Pros: Great Service and Quality Work more

Honest and Good 7/24/2009

I do most (90%) of my own work, but knew my time was going to be limited in the next month or so. So I took my jeep for brake work. I knew the fronts were good but the rear would need repair. I ask them to check it out and report what they found. They found the front in good shape and the rear would go another 3 - 5 k. I had them fix the rear. They did and torqued the lugs to spec. The price quoted was reasonable. Would use again. I may start using these guys and let that percentage rate go to 50%. These guys are busy because they are good. Pros: brake work more

I've taken both my wife's and my own car(s) to muffit for the past few years. Everytime they give me a competitive quote, fast and personable customer service and a lasting fix. When they fix something, it stays fixed more

Great guys ! 2/4/2009

Found the shop online. Asked for custom piping on BMW and showed them what I wanted while car was up. They fulfilled every expectation on work and was sooo good to work with I will be using them in the future for other exhaust work on all my vehicles. Ohh, usually when someone see BMW they see $$$$; these guy joked with me but charged me little less than others on the WEB. Go, talk and see Mike and the crew. I had a good experience. more

honest and reliable 12/16/2007

We have used thier service or both exhaust and general repairs and they have alway been very upfront with us. They also have competitive pricing and an extremely fast turn around. Its a good little shop. Pros: fast turn around, great pricing Cons: small parking lot :) Not open on the weekends more
