I don't like how you discouraged my friend when she called your office. She was transfered to someone that works for Mr. Muehe and the woman that my friend talked to gave her a lot of grief. The woman told her that they would charge her an arm and a leg to do the legal work. I have dealt with your office and never have I had a problem, so why would you give my friend a hard time about a simple matter. It's her money she is spending and she has that option to spend it as she wishes. I'm disappointed in how you have treated my friend and I will not be using your services or referring anyone to you.
