Mud House

For those of you that like coffee, I can recommend that you go here instead of your local Starbucks. You will get personalized service, and great tasting coffee that is cheaper than Starbucks and better tasting in my opinion. Staff is so friendly and the whole place really has a very coffee house type atmosphere, which is so nice to have. Good location and a really fun place just to hang out. They also serve some specialty coffees and teas. more

What can I say? I love this coffee house. The people that work there are soooo great and willing to cut deals when you aren't happy. They offer punch cards for coffee and their coffee is great! and so is the hip atmosphere. They also have really cool travel mugs and accessories not to mention a fabulous selection of teas. more

I love coffee and when I arrived in Springfield in 1999, I needed to have a good coffee place. (This was way before Starbucks came). So, we students at Evangel University found The Mud House. What a great place to get away from campus to study, laugh, and try to get ourselves excited for our next huge Marketing Management test. It's a great place to have quality time with friends, meetings with co-workers, or better yet, first dates. Although it may seem to have just coffee, The Mud House has much, much more. They have at least 25 games, many periodicals, and artwork displayed from paintings to toilet seat artwork which rotates on a weekly basis. That's easy!- a one-stop shop for coffee and your culture for the week. Need a great place to meet friends and have a great cup of coffee, or smoothie, or tea? THE MUD HOUSE is the place for you! more
