Called to say he was near, was on time, fast worker, had parts needed, went the extra mile, and reasonably priced. Definitely deserving of 5 stars.

If only every service call was performed with the responsiveness and quality Mt Juliet Garage Door demonstrated today. I called him because my garage door was malfunctioning and he was able to come by the same day to take a look at it. He knew exactly what he was doing and soon my problem was fixed. I appreciate that he was very patient and explained to me how to maintain the garage door in the future. I highly recommend his services. more

this Garage door repair service always stands by their work. they told me if there were any problems they would take care of them. They cut me a good deal I could not be happier with. more

I'm glad you guys were able to come so quickly. The chains of the apartment complex I manage got all up in knots. I had to have someone there right away because the tenants weren't able to park in the garage. Your guy was fantastic. He fixed the door and was well deserving of a tip. Thank you so much! more

Better than most companies around 6/18/2013

The new opener in my garage is perfect. I was so sick of the chain drive I had before. It was loud, and just always gave me problems. But I just got the new opener, and i am very pleased with this thing. haha. It is MUCH more quieter than the chain. You barely hear it when you are in the house. LOVE IT. Thank you guys so much. more

Absolutely great 5/7/2013

Mt Juliet Garage Door is absolutely amazing. I live in here and he came promptly to fix my non-opening garage door.... Made it work like a dream (it's probably 15 years old) and I love him for that. It hasn't functioned properly in the past 10 years. Very friendly, prompt and professional. Couldn't have asked for a better repair. more

Mt juliet Garage door came right out when my garage door wouldn't open or close until about the 5th time using it. He provided a very inexpensive tune-up and my garage worked again. I won't hesitated to call him the next time I have a problem or have to get the garage door opener replaced. I highly recommend him. more

Great company 2/20/2013

Finally honest company . I found this company on a search for someone to replace our broken garage doors; I first looked at doing it myself, but wanted to see how much more it would cost me if someone else installed them. Well I made a call and spoke to Dispatch, and after telling him want I was looking for he gave me a price and said he could have it done the next day. The price was Great bit more then if I bought them myself, well worth me not have to spend my time and labor to install them. And my wife said , tech was very friendly and kind. He even did a great job. more

My garage door broke the day we left on vacation so I used the web to help find someone to repair it when we got back. All 5 stars so it was a no-brainer. Called from the vacation spot and made an appointment for the day after we returned. Tech was there on time and took care of the problem; and the final cost turned out to be less than his estimate. more

I called them up one morning last week, and they showed up to my doorstep a couple of hours later to fix the problem with my garage door. They work at an excellent pace and they were fairly inexpensive. I just wanted to write this review to show my appreciation to the best garage door company in town. more

Mt Juliet Garage Doorwas at the house promptly and gave several possible courses of action to fix the door. All costs were laid out up front with the advantages and disadvantages of each. Would definitely call again more

I Know Mt Juliet Garage Doorwere recommended by a friend of mine to put in some new garage doors for me. Thomas did the work, and he was very professional. He came out on time, and had the work completed in a timely manner. On a scale of one to ten, the end result was a ten. I would recommend him to anyone. more

I actually had Mt Juliet Garage Doorinstall two separate wood surfaced, roll-up garage doors. The job went perfectly. What is most remarkable is that he did the job about two and a half years ago. He has stopped by occasionally to check on the doors. Last week was the most recent, checking to make sure his work was as good as when he did, it was, but he took the time to oil the wheels anyway...just in case. Where do you find that sort of quality and caring...Thank you.. more

There are no words to describe how thankful I am that I found Garage Doors company. They can honestly do the impossible. My wife and I were looking for a garage door similar to replace out old door. No other company was able to find the door we wanted except for this company.tnx again guys. more
