I've been a loyal customer for years and when the old wash facility was replaced with this new one I couldn't have been more happy with the results but just recently I had "TheWorks" done and it was terrible. I brought it to the attention of the person in charge and no second wash was offered even though they say the wash is guaranteed. I spoke to the main office and reported the problem and still no offer for a second wash was offered. I won't be going back to Mr. Wash and neither will any of my Family members if I can help it. This is the best car wash you will ever get - especially for the price. Attendants initially spray off all of the mud and road grime with high pressure hand wands. Next, you run through an automated car wash system that soaps, brushes, and drys your car. Finally, the attendants towel dry your entire car. They even go so far as opening the doors and wiping down the door seals. You can't beat this for only $6.00. more
