Mr. Transmission Jackson

This was my first experience with Mr Transmission and if I ever have any more mechanical issues in the future, they'll be the first people I call! Everyone there was great. Jay was magnificent. He really went above and beyond my expectations. He not only assisted in getting my vehicle to his shop, but he was also able to work within my limited time frame, this being my only means of transportation. He really worked with me! They completely rebuilt my transmission and installed a larger cooler and did it all within a day and a half, which was quite expedient! I'd give them all 10's if I could! more

I had used Mr. Transmission a couple years back for another vehicle and everything had turned out just fine for me, so naturally I thought to use them this time too when my transmission went out. I loved them. I truly was encouraged with Mr Transmission. I had went through every name in the Yellow Pages, here in Jackson Mississippi, and then I came to Mr Transmission. A gentleman by the name of Chris spoke with me, and it was a blessing. He sold me right there. He wouldn't tell me exactly what I wanted to hear. No, he told me like it was! He wouldn't tell me prices over the phone, not without do diagnoses on the car first. I had lost so much money on the car before, but Chris told me what they would do, and just his spirit, him being so honest, well, he just sold me! Everything that Chris said happened just like that. They came to get my car, put the car on the machine, called to tell me what they found, and asked for my permission before they worked on it, step by step. I know a really good person who recommended Mr. Transmission of Jackson to me. I went on that recommendation. It was a good recommendations, and it was how I found them. I was very happy with their service. I was without a car for a little bit. That can be expected, but I was the one who had to call them and ask about whether it was ready. I had a strange happening 5 or 6 years ago. The transmission on my car started acting up. I went to Mr. Transmission because it was the nearest shop in my vicinity. It ended up not being the transmission but just a small plastic part on the accelerator that controlled the speed for shifting. They replaced it with no charge. I was very pleased and happy. Most recently, the same thing happened again. It is twice now that they have treated me so well and without any large charges. I have been glad to recommend Mr. Transmission. more

I have had a very good experience with Mr. Transmission of Jackson. This was my first and only time to use them, and everything has been great so far. They were all very nice. As a matter fact, the guy I worked with, Chris was the reason I picked Mr. Transmission of Jackson over their competitors. The dealership was very high in their estimate, but I talked to Chris, he ran his own diagnostic, and he saved me about a thousand dollars. So far, my experience has been outstanding. I just hope the vehicle keeps running. The problem they diagnosed at the dealership was totally wrong. They just went off the code on the computer, but Chris said the code could refer to a multitude of things. Lo and behold, he made the repair and the code no longer comes up. more

This is the first time Mr. Transmission of Jackson has actually done work for me. I have taken cars there before for them to look at the transmission, but we never continued with the work. I have always appreciated their conscientious work. This time Jay was so cordial and helpful. I thought he went overboard to make sure he was giving us the service we needed. They had to rebuild our transmission, and now it is great. It is working well. They did a really good job and did it much quicker than I ever imagined. I was expecting it to be in the shop a week or more, but it was just in a couple of days. It was really quick service. I think that any customer will find Mr. Transmission of Jackson to be extremely conscientious in their work. They have quality employees there who do the work. You will be extremely pleased. more

I broke down out of town which made breaking down 100x worse. I chose Mr. Transmission since I knew there were a couple locations near my hometown and was so surprised how honest they would be to me. I came to them knowing my transmission was broken and preparing to get a major, high dollar bill but it turned out that I was low on fluid due to a tiny leak from a seal. They knew I was despondent and knew I just wanted to fix my car and get home. I don't know if any other garage would have been so honest with me about what was really wrong with my car. I really believe other garages would have seen the ""wounded animal"" and would have gone in for the k i l l. I made it home with no problems and still have no problems.
