The Best Way to Lose Your Money 12/2/2007

They sold me a package for 4 oil changes at a low price and it was a hassle to even get them to honor it upon my first visit. Since then I have been there 5 different times to get my oil changed and it is always some reason why i have to come a different day. I have given up on ever getting my car serviced at this place. more

Never Again 10/11/2007

I purchased some tires here for my wife's 2003 Accord. I took the care back about a month later and told them the tires were making noise. They looked over the car and said everything was fine and that the tires would stop making that noise after a while. I took the care back about a year later, because the situation only got worse and they said there was nothing they could do since I didn't have the car aligned when we bought the tires. None of this infomation was passed on to us when we bought the tires. I have taken both of our cars here for the past 3 years and never had a problem until they changed ownership. When I took the car back the last time they weren't intereseted in anything I had to say or the fact that I had been a loyal customer for the past 3 years. I will never take my car here again and I don't reccomend them to anyone. more

Don't waste your time! 8/13/2007

I had trouble getting customer service. They did more work then was approved and I had to pay for it. My car wan't done when promised, I had to wait an extra hour and a half for my car. I wounldn't remommened Pineville tire. more

Customer Friendly with good services 1/10/2007

I was looking for tires for my 99 Toyota Camry..... I tried with few stores in the area, out of which I got the best deal from the Pineville Tire. I went to the store with my wife. the store was very clean we enjoyed being there ....I found the manager to be very nice to talk to.Next time I need any repair I will come back here. more
